Simultaneous ISP Connection in Windows 7 (pacenet Dailer)

With Windows Xp, it was very easy to have simultaneous Dailup cnnection with the help of Raspppoe. In my previous post, it can been seen quite simple. But with Vista or Windows 7 Raspppoe was not the option, as it is not supported.

After a huge search, came with an option of pacenet. Now even Windows 7 is not a problem, we can have both connection simultaneously available.

Follow Some process.
1. Install pacenet.
2. Double click on Pacenet Dailer. It will open a dailog box as "Dailup Creation Process" as well as PPPoE Services Configuration.
3. Click on Query Services. You will find list of Services.
4. Select any one service (The one having Internet Service) with pacenet dailer and then click on Create Dail-up Connection, Ok. You can check the dailup connection has been created.
5. Now for second service connection, go to Network and Sharing Center. Click on "Set Up a new connection or network", you can see Choose a connection option. Select "Connect to the Internet" option. Proceed ahead with create a new connection.
6. Click on Broadband Connection. Fill the detail requirement, click on Next button.

Now comes the actual trick.
1. Go to Change Adapter settings section.
2. Right click on second service created. Go to the Networking section, uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6. Select IPv4, click on properties. Go to the advanced section. In IP settings uncheck "Use default gateway on remote network", Ok.
3. Now with the first service, you need to do is uncheck the "Use IP Header Compression". This you can find in the properties of IPv4.

Well thats it, all set for dual ISP connection simultaneously in Vista/Windows 7.
